Double Decker bus « Back

At the beginning of this term all the children at British Orchard Nursery had a special treat. A red old fashioned British Double Decker bus full of fun & exciting activities came to visit our nursery.
Both foundation & nursery children had the opportunity to play on the bus. The top deck of the bus was used for singing and dancing & the children had great fun singing along to all the favourite songs, including “the wheels on the bus” and using all the musical instruments.
The bottom deck was full of stimulating & fantastic games, the children had a fabulous time using their imagination and building lots of things out of play dough. This special treat was not fun but also helped with our communication & social skills, as it was a very exciting topic to be discussed during circle time for days to come after.
