Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions set out below reflect the customs and practice of The British Orchard Nursery. The terms are designed to encourage stability and maintain consistency for the children in our care.

General Terms:

• Fee once paid are non refundable, nor transferable
• Term fees paid prior to starting the nursery school
• The nursery is covered by Public Liability Insurance
• Nursery registration is subject to re-evaluation by the nursery if required
• The decision of the management is final
• No refunds or reductions will be given in case of absence, illness or vacations
• All fees are due to be paid before the end of the current term for the following term
• Late payment of fees will incur an additional Late Payment Fee on top of the outstanding amount
• The school only accepts cheque or direct bank deposit into the school’s bank account
• If direct bank deposit is made, we request a copy of the deposit slip/confirmation be provided to the Accounts Department
• All documentation must be provided prior to child’s admittance to the Nursery
• Financial transactions can only be dealt with by the School Accountant
• One terms written notice must be given if you no longer require your nursery place
• British Orchard Nursery does not accept responsibility for any accidental loss or damage of property. Children should not bring items of value into the nursery
• Registration, medical and deposit fees to be paid in full prior to the agreed starting date
• Child's photograph may be used in any nursery brochures, advertising or publications
• The British Orchard Nursery is not responsible for any illness, accidents or injury during field trips or on nursery premises
• In case of emergency the school may call the family physician or any other available physician to examine a child
• If a child falls ill during a session the nursery will contact the parent. If a child has a contagious illness they should not be brought to the nursery until the illness, incubation period has passed
